How do your services work?
Every project begins with a conversation. We’ll schedule a call or connect by email to discuss your goals, vision, and project details. From there, I research and develop initial concepts based on your needs and brand. After reviewing the designs together, I refine and adjust as needed until the final result is something you’re excited to share with the world!
Do you have a refund policy?
Design projects involve a significant investment of time and creative work, so refunds are not offered once a project has begun. However, I collaborate closely with clients and include revision opportunities to ensure the final design meets your goals and vision.

Do you have Payment Plans?
Yes, payment plans are available for larger projects. Most projects require a deposit to get started, with the remaining balance split into manageable payments throughout the project.
Do you offer monthly design packages?
Yes! I offer monthly design packages ranging from 3–16 hours per month with a minimum three-month commitment. These plans are ideal for businesses that need consistent design support—like marketing materials, social media graphics, or updates—but don’t want the expense or commitment of hiring a full-time designer.
How is the content delivered?
All final designs are delivered digitally, making it easy for you to download and use your files wherever needed. Please note that original working/source files are not included unless otherwise agreed upon in the contract.
